Forged - I wouldn't worry about asking him about that...this forum is about property, not a platform for attacks on individuals.

I notice that no bull seems to have a reason of why they are a bull besides looking at immediate past... guys wake up... the immediate past is not what gives you returns, it is the future, and the immediate past does not always reflect what is around the corner.

I would love to hear from someone who is bullish on property in here to respond to EVEN ONE of my comments/arguments, nobody has addressed any of them still... humor me someone, I can think of a hundred reasons why I am not buying property, can any of you explain why I should change my mind? And don't just spew out the old arguments that we have heard a thousand times already and have already explained why they are flawed...come at us with an argument that we can not show a flaw in ...or...show a flaw in my arguments... I'm honestly open to hear it.
