I find it hard to shorten such conversations as I think they are such a big topic. I just wanted to throw out as much as I could as I wasn't hearing a lot of arguments on the other side of the table and caps locked those parts to stand out for those who are skim reading.
I still haven't heard anything in response to my arguments, or any real reason why it is a good time to buy real estate in Australia now, today, not 10 years ago.
