    Ryan buy inner west melb where "west east link" will affect the short term growth in surrounding entrances or easy access to tullamarine freeway. The $1.2b Project will be completed in 3 yrs. plenty of railways upgrade too to outer west.. You'll see 20-30% boom in affected inner west within 3 yrs project completion. In longer term Melb will overtake sydney population... Is when outer west will boom in longer term.
