? Hercules St sold $250k mid 3012 now $330k

Aries Crt just sold $419k lucky to get $340k 12 months ago

Several mortgagee sales in new part of Anchorage 2011 missed ot on 2 12 month old houses one needed painting internally, one needed gardens. $330k now $530k.

You are right not everything gone up but there have been some great bargains but they are not there now.
I would not touch anything inland of Read Street.
For your info the hottest market is development sites in Rockingham Beach or newer houses around Anchorage, Rocky Park is in limbo. The houses are not worth fixing up but the land is not being rezoned yet?
Agree it is a great area.
