I think it's just my conservative nature of feeling an impulse to lock in a large gain while it's there. But yes your correct on the CGT because I don't have any losses to carry forward at the moment. It actually looked a little while ago like they were building up cash when they sold a chunk of NHC and also Ruralco and API so it would be interesting to see how much they are sitting on at the moment. Just doing some rough calculations and based on todays value our stake in TPG is now worth about 2.1 billion (compared to 1.3 at the time of the last annual report) while BKW is worth 1.1 billion (compared to 780 million) and NHC is worth 1.6 billion (as compared to 800 million but at that time they held 60 percent of the company whereas now its 50 percent. So our three main pillars have increased by around 1.8 billion since the last annual report. That is pretty handy to say the least!
