I am now sitting on a 50 percent gain having first bought in at $14.50 then a second parcel at $16.50 when they had the correction early this year. I must admit it is becoming very tempting to sell out but the overall market being so high means that I can't identify anything else that would be a better place for the capital. The additional Bengalla acquisition was a big deal for NHC earlier this week and absolutely put a rocket under the SP. At least the portfolio value is increasing in line with the SP.
