Apparently Morningstar has a very hard sell on SOL and values them at $16? I could totally understand a broker seeing them as overvalued but that is a bizarrely low value even just looking at the underlying value increase of the 3 big investments. The merged TPG/VHA business is also going to have pretty low debt and return significantly more cash to SOL than TPG as a standalone has in recent time which is probably something being currently overlooked.
