The value gap between the two companies will in time be found. BKW will do something to unlock value if the market is not going to. BKW could sell SOL shares and buy back BKW shares to really increase the EPS of BKW and their asset backing. They would then be buying their own stock at a discount to the value of SOL alone and getting paid to have a greater interest in their other 2 divisions. Or like someone else suggested they could do an inspecie distribution of SOL shares to shareholders. That is something I am all in favour of.
