Well she already had BKI, and that contains quite a bit of Bank stock (big Four in particular), so I wanted something that was longer term biased, which did not contain much (if any) financial stock.
I kinda trust the Milner family to a reasonable extent for long term investments, and so URB fit the criteria. As it offered quite a few different stock exposures compared to BKI.
It was always going to take some time for URB to gain some momentum and develop as an income (and growth) stock, it is a longer term prospect, and was not meant to be 'quick out of the blocks' (so to speak).
Personally, both stocks hold some positions I don't care for myself, but this isn't for me, it is for my daughter as a cost effective longer term investment and saving plan that she can manage over her lifetime, without outside advice (interestingly, my only real advice to her, is (basically) to 'buy or consider buying' stock when the broader media are saying sell, and if she ever needs to sell, to do so when the broader media are saying buy ).
