According to Hartleys (but I wouldnt take it as gospel)
"Tenders are currently being assessed for three drill rigs for Kurnia-1. We understand that RIG SLOTS IN APRIL AND MAY are currently being evaluated"
Interesting that Hartleys called COE a buy at 70c back in April 2006 and have now softened the recommendation to accumulate with the sp at 45c at time of writing.
In general, I thought the Hartleys report was a bit of a half a_ssed affair.
Hopefully we'll get some more indepth analysis from the likes of StockAnalysis in the near future.
