Interesting information......

One would hope the technology is novel and has the potential for great success....however

I would hardly call the changeover from real estate to audio 'radical'.They only had one property and the SP was lifeless.

This is simply another backdoor listing using an existing company as a vehicle to list the new company, and has been done before by the same people/directors etc.

Clearly, based on the SP, the directors and shareholders have done extremely well even if the technology fails to deliver.

I have watched the SP over the past few months and its obvious the same people are selling and supporting the SP,
hence why it races to $7.00+ on tiny volumes.

Not surprisingly, it suddenly retreats only after a speeding ticket.
