I'd be very happy if the ar..se falls out of the Sunshine Coast & inner brisbane property market. Give me an opportunity to purchase quality investments Dirt Cheap.
But it's not going to happen anytime soon.
I see real weakness in Inner City unit markets, particularly Melbourne and Sydney, but i hate units anyhow. Wouldn't own one if you paid the mortgage. (unless it was the whole block)
Plenty of people will do their ar se in the next few years, particulalry if they are forced to sell.
I didn't add to my first post that I had sold two of those properties in that 5 year span also and did very well out of both.
Those that will be in trouble will be those that have purchased in the last 12-24 months and paid too much or financed lifestyle with equity.
As for the number of posts, i'm just bored, beautiful wet day up here, nothing to do.
