How Much is a Real Estate Agency Worth

Want to buy a real restate office- pay $3.5 to $4 for a property management and achieve recurring income.
This was not what was paid in IPO
Salespeople - 80 to 90 per cent of sales people actually earn less than $100.000. so a few elite performers will produce 1 million or more commission- once these agents retire or die these agents are super hard to replace and most probably own their own business.

So where is the growth - possibly keep building the brand and franchise new businesses but then the problem is the income will be very low.

Paying an enormous Goodwill for an exisiting sales business has little way of growth and great possibility of shrinkage.



This is not a DAVID JONES or WOOLWORTHS as the shelves are replenished in those businesses.
