Need to be patient, I reckon they will roll out a buyback plan as soon as they have the next LOM update, etc... in the meantime shareholders have been rewarded with divi's and by the size of that rehandling area, one would suggest they are building for a long term futuristic outlook. Valuations are skewed across the market, maybe BCN hasn't been pumped because it is low-key. Patience will see the fundamentals take over on this chart in the not so distant future
