I have very high risk strategies to create wealth. But when I am in a position to protect my wealth, I want to be very conservative.
Sure, $70k is a lot, or $120k in 17 to 20 years. But I want to live comfortably. Maintaining a house is expensive. I do an expensive sport. I am making a few little sacrifices now for a lot of longterm gain.
