Credit Suisse's view on Cairn Energy.
"Keep an eye on Cairn Energy (LON:CNE) says Credit Suisse, where trading has been halted on FAR, its junior partner in Senegal.
The broker expects an announcement very soon on the high impact FAN-1 wildcat well, targeting about 800mmb of oil.
The market doesn't appear to have high hopes, with Cairn's share price falling 5% over the last 3 days. A duster will likely pull shares back to the 270p level, but success could more than double valuations, the broker’s view."
So if success can double Cairn's valuation, considering the capital comparison what would it do to FAR? Ten times maybe??
I think I'll worry about it when they next call a TH.
