The Directors Salaries are for Executive Directors i.e. senior management on the Board.
The payments to Strategic Metallurgy are for the development and testing services provided on normal commercial terms at arms length pricing. LPD have lots of lithium feedstock undergoing testing from Portugal, Canada and Australia.
Interestingly this is the payments that when developing the LMax process LIT or rather AG wouldn't fund and thought he would get for free (all the testing SM did for LIT etc) that is why LIT did not get any share of the LMax Licence as it had paid nothing and the deal was it got the exclusive licence for WA and 2 overseas licences.. PWN got a slice in recognition of the fees paid for developing the KMax process.
LIT stuffed up the EMH deal and has not progressed a LMax deal anywhere but seems to think there is more value in a takeover.
