I read on Pg 3 of Amplitude Energy's (AEL) investor presentation, that they are expecting to have Contract Gas Prices around $16 a Gigajoule.
I remember when Lakes was last going to drill Wombat before the crims in government started the process of crippling the State that Lakes had a market cap of $120m and Gas prices were only $4-6 Gigajoule. For the first time in 12+ years the Wombat Field can be drilled again and gas prices have nearly tripled. The state is stuffed, they need gas, gas prices are extreme and will remain so.
So how much is 719PJ of gas worth at $16 a Gigajoule??? Has anyone ran the numbers?
I feel that this stock that's been on life support for the past decade is about to have one hell of a revival.
