Toly, haven't time to read all the responses to your post so will just post my 2 cents worth.
You're dreaming! Non-approval for Lynas would see the sp sink like a rock. Longer term recovery would come with any successful outcome of any legal proceedings against the Malaysian Government I imagine would result.
Reality, it won't happen! Why? Because there will be no reason for it plus there is too much at stake, both for Lynas & Malaysia.
