I was wondering why NXS got VIC/P49 so cheap - 4 to 5% royalty. If you have a look at a water depth map you will see that the the block represents possibly the deepest block in Bass Strait, with depths ranging from close to 600m to over 3,000m. The biggest advantage is that it contains the other 22% of Culverine and 36% of Scimitar (%'s based on May shareholder update) and these are in shallowest parts around 600m.
