These are my highlights from the announcement

1.) Lower cost than machining and forging for complex parts (Think all oil and gas components)
2.) TBGA stated Aurora has "significant potential to win customers and deliver on commercialization'
3.) Aurora is pursuing 7 Key patent families
4.) TBGA found that Aurora has a solution to a market gap with a process competitive against AM AND traditional processes
5.)The tech for producing parts is at TRL 6 - 7
6.) 95 cc/hr/laser or 3kg/hr for machine or 26,600kg per year compared to 10,000 kg a year from a 12 laser machine.
7.) ASTM compliant at >99-99.5% density
8.) While TBGA didn't state it - it would appear we finally have verification that we have the fastest LPBF printer on the planet.
9.) At these speeds the option of printing traditional pats is enormous
