to put what linc are doing at chinchilla into perspective i will use an example that even you could understand.....

linc are production testing an oil field and the target is 5-10bpd.

it's an oil field containing inexcess of 1 billion barrels and ramp up to the targeted full production will produce 7 million barrels per year (20,000bpd)

take a look at the other jv's and the partners involved.

sxp shareholders are in fairly land if they reckon sxp are better served by not merging.

you could be positive and say sxp are getting 10% of linc at the start of its enormous future at a bargain price.
