    Fully diluted shareholding in SXP/O = 168 mil. Divide this number into $150 mil = $0.90 per share.

    Take over will more likely be scrip offer - say 1 x LNC share for every 4.5 SXP shares.

    Trouble is, LNC shareprice is artificially inflated due to the CSM frenzy, so you would expect the price to pull back over coming weeks.
