39.6 million shares would have cost them nothing to issue
they bought 4 million on market at average $1.15
probably spent about 2 million on the offer and possibly a further 5 million on acceptances.
all up i reckon this exercise has cost them 15 million but this is just ball park.
I think management are clearly under the pump now. They've had 3 years to deliver from their overseas adventures and they have failed.
To rub salt into the wounds, I wouldn't mind seeing an announcement from IPM stating coeboys incompetence.
I'll continue to hold but will jump out if it gets over my initial .26 buy
