    In some exchanges suspension can go on for months or years depending on the situation.

    Not sure about the ASX.

    I think they should just release the code and close down the company if its that bad.

    Give investors, shorts, rampers and bears a choice. Don't just shut them out because management can't run a company properly. If its dead, its dead. Will force everyone to move on.
