Mrsc you should perhaps be pointing the finger at ASIC instead. Delisted does not give you the tax break. Delisted is just that - no longer listed on the exchange. ASX has plugged the hole by having them suspended and therefore cut off the 3B gravy train. ASIC on the other hand has done jack.
