You'd be spewing if FAS announced they had funding finally.
Although we are all doubtful I agree, they did say in one of their last announcements that they were still in negotiation. That's the only thing I'm holding onto
I'd suggest you wait.. there's no difference between doing it now and just before end of financial year.. .surely ??
