Common sense would tell me to wait until the substantive announcement comes out. I'd really recommend you hold off until then; I can only hope with the wording regarding their negotiation over full funding... that this comes thru.
If by some chance it does turn us all into believers... I'd love to be having a beer at a bar with some of you lot, all grinning and patting each other on the back.
