interesting that GGP have a prospectus out this morning (20/01)..looking to raise $4.5 mil ...yes i read it states the funds are ear market fr the bullseye project..but it also states the funds are for working capital...

So how far away are VIL from tapping the market for a similar amount ??

With the extra land now on the books ...drill rigs don't come cheap regardless of the depth to be drilled ...

l have read here that some believe the well will be in production asap so funds will come from revenue...i myself would like to think this is the best option for investors ( note * INVESTORS not traders ).

Although any dilution prior to a revenue stream could create a major trading stocking.
