Regardless of the rules and regulations my question was how long to a CR for VIL ...
issues of options under the same code doesn't make snow ball in hells' difference to VIL as the raise was in principle for a separate project BULLSEYE ...so the spud of this fausse well had nothing to do with the options or the capital raise if you listen to the GGP prospectus....
the cost of this well Vs the balance sheet ....
Winner ....Capital raise !!
