Based on the base case revenue per share of $0.25 (provided this well isn't a duster) VIL will receive approx $150 Mil in cash less operating expenses over the next 3-5 years.

I fail to see why with all this cash coming in they would need to dilute Shareholders further for the sake of a few lousy Million dollars or so.

A CR is a possibility but really I'd only expect that if the well is a duster or extremely expensive to pump out.
