Sorry to go back to this. That GGP prospectus is pretty funny. For legal reasons GGP had to issue this prospectus for the options that they placed last year, but to place this prospectus they also had to do a new placement. So they are offering a single option to the public.

I love it, rules for rules sake. That would have been a great conversation for the legal team at GGP... "erm, guys, we have to make an offer for at least one option to get our prospectus out that covers previous options. We can at least raise $0.05 from this. How much does it cost? Oh, $7,500."
