Principal Effects
The principal effects on the Company of the Offer, assuming the Offer is fully subscribed, are
as follows:
(a) the Company will issue 1 Option exercisable at $0.08 on or before 31 August 2012;
(b) following the issue of the Option, the cash reserves of the Company will increase by
$0.05 less expenses of the Offer which are estimated to be approximately $7,500; and
(c) if the Option proposed to be issued is issued, the number of Options on issue will
increase from 187,846,068 to 187,846,069.
