Ofcourse WPL will always contribute to an agreed budget but commitment to major long lead items for drilling, subsea completions and a topside FPSO may have to take a back seat until PE is resolved. That's my point !
These are critical to finalise FID, the development plan and DOC so the JV need PE to be resolved sooner than later to facilitate early completion a dfirst oil.
Anyway we beg to differ Whisky but at least we are in agreement on one thing you are right there are not may days left to submit the RISC report.
