Really poor effort on their behalf imo. My patience is beyond worn out on this matter and all other matters FAR-related tbh. You don't provide a time estimate, reneg on that estimate, then fail to provide another estimate to clarify previous mess up. We do not know whether they even intend to get the report by year end. My experience with other companies is that they provide much better time frames for key information. The information hole and lack of clarification on key matter e.g. DJ (cannot believe that they have not clarified the position on this; 'no change from prior quarter' is just not good enough imo), PE, etc., has resulted in the SP being stuck where it is. I believe that the current share price is to some extent self-inflicted by management.

I recently invested in CVN and was delighted to see that the CEO writes a regular newsletter to shareholders, keeping up morale and providing non-material updates.
