Please keep in mind that it is not exactly in Phil's job description to issue details of anyone's sharetrading activities upon email request. Changes to top 20's will be posted at appropriate intervals and I am not surprised that he declines to disclose the details of recent sellers. I am surprised that he offers as much information as he does to shareholders. He has always been prompt and discreet in answering all of my emails so I wouldn't be too concerned if he doesn't disclose information that may be deemed as sensitive or inappropriate to Disclose.
As for the company. It won't be going down. They will probably have a few more delays before everything comes to fruition as all start up companies do. Phil has re-iterated on more than 1 occasion that the fundamentals have not changed at all.
I wouldn't be jumping out just yet. You may have noticed that the dumping appears to be over and it may take a while longer before "Buyers" confidence returns
