Reading the extract "The company continues to work with Fimosa....." my interpretation of this is that Fimosa aren't playing ball and it is them causing the delays we are seeing.
I messaged JB the other day but haven't received a response, and in all honesty I don't expect a response as I previously received communication stating lawyers etc being the cause of the delay, and I suspect this hasn't changed. (My most recent message was more of a whinge regarding the declining valuation of the company)
Anyhow. Once the agreements are documented, t's crossed and i's dotted etc, there is still considerable upside, therefore despite my concerns I will continue to hold/accumulate....
