snork - imo the 15% holdouts are presenting a real headache - and possibly have access to their share of capital if push came to shove - hence not willing to cave into Callahan's offer
TMR will not match what they're asking for, but they may have to front up as they risk the value of that holdings increase with exploration success, rising price of gold etc, and possible delays to project development (which I think there will be despite this issue)
just my musings - could be totally off the mark. However its a great story to watch upfold.
