meaning some hot shot fund manager is advising their client to hold cash or treasury and sell at any price or in temp rally
mind you these hot shot fund manager are no more than teenagers quick buck type - mostly i think and I could be wrong
its just sp fluctuation and robot trading here - unethical and boring i think and I could be wrong

further more as a universal rule governing humanity what you see depends on what you look for
German ZEW, spain and EFSF auction went well last night but those who didnt get Fed to print more free money last night (fed didnt close the door either mind you) to support they crushing debt load sell out hence trigger fear sell off what if the market fell better and bounce back tonight? what if santa rally is still slowly coming through?
