I don't know where the bottom will be but I bought some just a few minutes ago at $2.13. The govt subsidy for old age homes has been reduced but it doesn't all go to JHC's bottom line as they can mitigate by increasing fees paid by resident. Unlike EHE and others they didn't pay nearly as much for expansions/bed made in 2015. Still the pick of the sector imo but don't expect it to shoot back above $2.50 anytime soon.

EHE down a further 2.9% as i write but not for me. Anyone buying JHC this morn at current SP?
