Are you refering to the second chart where i have a green arrow on the right? Well, Now that I look at it, its probably meant to be more to the left (aligned with the arrow above it). Pretty much I was saying that the stochastic indicator hopefully will be turning over below 20 Around the same day as the price hits the lower trendline (28.8 according to my chart- obviously might not be exact). So yeah, i got 28.8 just by getting the slope and length of the past falls, making an arrow, and stuck it on the current peak and seeing where it intersects the trend line.
About the 20 buy, I didnt buy, I didnt even know what a Stochastic indicator was at the time, but if you look, it actually was crossing over at the exact day BHP hit 20. I think there was also some Fib stuff coming into play too, but someone more experienced will have to explain that one.
