Contemporaneously means at this point in time.

I am of the opinion that GOT are having problems at this point in time because they have no activity applied for or approved on their sea based tenements; additionally they were denied land access by the TO's re Winchelsea and Connection Islands; and because their Blue Mud Bay applications have not been granted at this point in time. All this is in the public domain not some "insider" information.

Yes re the asking of Gemco, with the answer being "no" they've done nothing to date on their sea based tenements. If you read my recently posted Brisbane Times article the last paragraph indicates their intentions, procedurally, re the TO's...and to my knowledge there's been no movement whatsoever. Maybe they've applied for an extrention to their ELs.
