Contemporaneously means two things happening at the same time. Not at this point in time. I also don't understand what your post means as it only refers to having not completed exploration what is the other thing you believe is happening contemporaneously?
Also please provide your evidence that Gemco have done nothing to date on there sea bed tenements as I believe representing opinions as facts is against hotcopper rules and if it is fact then that would be important to shareholders of GOT
