Farming in doesnt necessarily dwindle your funds immediately. Often it is a committment to spend x$ on exploration in a given time and this would be the sort of deal that would make most sense, so I don't expect the $3.7 mill to disappear tomorrow. BLR have plenty of cash for the time being.
