Long wait times is the same for literally any vehicle right now.
toyota literally stopped orders on 300 and 79 series landcruisers because of 3yr and 18mnth wait times.
like any wait time a manufacturer gives you, it will be longer than that.
we were told 3month for our EV, now its 9 months and will get in DEC.
deposits down so price is locked in.
cancellation of an order is shooting yourself in the foot with a renewed wait time.
the only way around this is buying something already in stock in the yard.
2nd hand market is going nuts as a result and dealers cant get them fast enough
