    The only thing certain with SDL is that its future is anything but certain. It seems far from clear that the Hanlong takeover is on track, and the other "suitors waiting in the wings" are leaving their run mighty late - or more likely are a complete fabrication / fantasy.

    Is a "final showdown" (resolution one way or another) in May 2012 still likely?
