I don't care as long as the correct outcome is achieved , that is the stated objective in presentation after presentation is achieved .

That is building a top ten IO producer for all current owners.

If management are unable to achieve this, then they step aside and we headhunt people who can.

As in top 200 companies owners don't change the object to suit the current managers we headhunt managers capable of reaching the objective.

IMO.
