From time to time my iron and Vitamin D levels come up low and my GP's (and Naturopaths) over the past 45 years have prescribed oral vitamin supplements for these. Taking them always seem to get my levels back to the desired readings. I think Blackmores is a good reliable brand for such fundamental use and now for many years.
