Spot on there jumpstart, the long and the short of it is that Australia has too many energy resources that are more easily accessible in terms of proximity to major centre making them more economically viable, for us to be bothering with CTP's coal resources.

I'm no expert in the field of conventional O&G but from my understanding there was a greater likelihood that flowrates should come from JW as compared to Surprise, due to the fact that it would likely have greater P&P.
