This must ne THE most relaxed place in the world! Forget Jamaica. We make fun of the Ikarians for being so relaxed.
I will give you one clue: the bakery in Ikaria operates without the owner being there during the working hours. He bakes the breads at night and then leaves the shop open and the breads on the counter and he goes sleeping the rest of the day. Clients getting in the shop take as much bread as they like and letting the money next to the counter and leave.
Tourists are getting anxious because getting in the bakery trying to find the owner to buy some bread and the locals explain to them how the system works everywhere in Ikaria... Lololl
Other than that Ikaria is a remote pine tree jungle sourounded by the warm blue sea of Aegean. A dream place to retire!
